Bringing over a decade of experience across operational leadership, investment diligence, and hands-on execution, his background reflects a career built around disciplined decision-making and practical results. He spent nine years in the U.S. Navy SEALs, including service as a SEAL sniper, where he developed a leadership approach shaped by high-stakes environments, accountability, and teamwork under pressure.
Following his military service, he worked in management consulting at BCG in Boston, supporting private equity and corporate clients on transaction diligence and post-acquisition value creation. His work focused on evaluating businesses beyond the numbers-assessing operating fundamentals, organizational effectiveness, and the real levers of performance improvement.
His experience includes senior operating roles at SharkNinja, where he has worked closely with executive leadership on commercial strategy, go-to-market execution, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing, execution-driven environment. These roles sharpened his perspective as an operator accountable not just for strategy, but for translating plans into results.
He holds a BA from Norwich University and an MBA from the Wharton School. Today, he works closely with investors and leadership teams through embedded strategy, value creation, and execution engagements, emphasizing clear priorities, operational discipline, and hands-on support to drive measurable outcomes. In parallel, he is exploring the acquisition of a well-run operating business aligned with his execution and value creation experience.
